Welcome to Tiki Hut, a charming one-level beach villa located just one house off a sandy path that leads directly over the dunes to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this 1,132 square foot home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is pet friendly, making it a great option for families or couples traveling with their dog.
Inside, the layout is simple and functional, all on one level for easy access. The living area offers comfortable seating and space to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s breakfast before the beach or a casual dinner in. A dining area provides room for everyone to gather.
The primary bedroom and guest bedroom offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with additional sleeping space available to accommodate up to six guests. The full bathroom is located inside the home, while the half bath is a unique “surfer bath” located outside the formal house, convenient for rinsing off and freshening up after time on the beach.

This was a great location. The house was nice but in need of some TLC. Everything worked and the house was clean when we arrived. All in all a good trip.

This is our 5th or 6th time staying in this home. It is perfect for us. It is fenced in for our pups, it's quiet with direct access to the beach (which is literally feet away), and is always good and clean. The half bath is outside, but that doesn't bother us in the least. It's well kept and clean and comes in handy when you are just hanging out on the patio! Every year i forget to add i have pets and the rental agency works with me. They are always timely in their response back and not all agencies are like that. This has come to be our home away from home!

The proximity to the beach was great. The beach access was a little treacherous, but I think this is the result of the fall hurricanes, so out of the control of the property owners. The house is older, and this was obvious based on the pictures online. The real downfall was the level of cleanliness. The back bedrooms have carpet. The stench from the carpet was almost unbearable. It appears as though the house had water damage from the recent hurricanes. Why this carpet wasn’t ripped up is beyond me. There were air fresheners everywhere trying to minimize the smell, but I think the only thing that would do this would be to take out the carpet. The carpet also had a urine smell to it. The outside washer smelled like it had been marked by a male cat. We even went to the store to buy cleaner, since there was nothing other than windex below the sink, but nothing would remove the stench. It was hard to wash clothes in this washer and dryer knowing that that odor was all around the washer. It’s as if an intact male tomcat urinated inside the washer. Also, the leaving instructions mention several times to start the dishwasher. There is NO dishwasher. Overall, the location of this house is lovely, and with a little maintenance and TLC, it could make a great vacation rental.
