Oceans 13 Unit A is in a one-story duplex located in the Golden Mile strip of St. Augustine Beach, where you can walk to numerous local eateries, coffee shops, and bars, as well as the St. John's Pier and Mini-golf. Walk across the street in the morning to Kookaburra, a local favorite coffee shop, or to Island Donut Shop for a gourmet donut. Or make your own coffee and breakfast "at home" and enjoy a lazy morning in the sunroom. Pick up a few beach chairs provided and then head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. A short, evening stroll will take you to the pier, less than a mile away, where you can take in a free concert or cast a fishing pole.
Oceans 13 Unit A is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook and serve your own meals. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.

Wonderful location! Walked to food and beach. Enough room for four adults. Loved that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit. Very thoughtful to include beach items (towels, chairs, etc) and to provide a second dryer for wet items. We will be back!

Great overall experience, the price was pretty good as long as it's always that price we will come back every year. But be prepared to wash dishes the old fashioned way.lol.My family definitely did not want to leave. You are so close to the beach but make sure you bring a wagon with you because you still have a little walk and I know the dad's out there don't want to take multiple trips.. this place is right across the street from Mayday ice cream and beach side diner. If you are a coffee drinker make sure you bring a few jugs of water to make coffee with because the coffee tastes a little funny when using the sink water. The cleaning people and the property manager were very nice and understanding as we got there a little early but we were able to park and go to the beach and also let us in 2 hours early. The one thing I would say that is a little disappointing is the beach gear that they have is either broken or mismatched or missing pieces. Like the umbrellas or tore up and some umbrellas didn't have the matching extender piece but we ended up buying one anyways so. That's not something they have to do but it just looks like people don't take care of the stuff and by people I mean previous customers so it ruins it for everyone else. So be prepared to buy a few things which is nice because there is a store on the same side as the house just a short walk away that has souvenirs and beach attire. We definitely love this place and we will look to use this in the future.
