Head just one mile to explore the galleries, museums, and boutiques in the River Arts District. Or continue into the heart of downtown Asheville for more cuisine and culture. For a historical outing, visit the opulent Biltmore Estate three miles away. Find gorgeous views and outdoor adventure at Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure, 30 miles away. The location cannot be better! Owl Bakery one step away along with Archetype Brewing and Pizza Mind. So walkable! Hole Donuts…Flora…don’t hardly need a car.
The place is well furnished with everything needed for a nice long stay. Clean and safe!

The perfect location. Barbershop downstairs and Owl Bakery 5 steps away. So many great spots to go. Condo is exactly as advertised and clean.
