Hideaway Cabin in the City was exactly as described. Interior had a cabin feel but with all the conveniences of a suite and was comfortable, clean, quiet and decorated to create a pleasurable atmosphere. Location is very convenient to getting into Asheville or any other local areas. Plenty of food options with so many small restaurants in West Asheville. We stayed for 5 nights and loved this hideaway - highly recommended. Thank you Sandy!

This is my first vbro experience and it's probably the worst experience of my life first of all the GPS location was 2.3 miles away from where the actual hidden Cabin in the Woods is and maybe that's why the name is what it is couldn't find it apparently owners cell phone services and very good so she was no no help but she said to me a place to meet her and some guy would come out and show me I don't know about you but that made me feel a little uncomfortable so I got a hotel that night attempted again to get the hotel the next day I need to get the vbr over the next day and I went and actually walked into the wrong house and there was a naked 75-year-old lady because there is a zero signage or indication of how to get to this place once there the owner chastise me and told me that I didn't read her emails I got 17 emails from dvro at 7 messages from her I apologize but I was still trying to stay there so I was forced to meet the people that live in the house that are renters before I could even go up to the overhead hidden cabin and when I finally did get up there it smelled like mold I tried to hook up the Wi-Fi so I'll just take a nap and listen to some music they provided three Wi-Fi passwords for me all of them slightly different none of them worked I wouldn't suggest you stay there I mentioned to vbo and they are talking about removing this listing from their service

Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable apartment. Easy access to west Asheville but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood near a cute little park. Host was attentive. Would stay again.

I stayed in the space for four nights by myself while I was shadowing a physician assistant in the area and had a very nice time. I was gone 8 am - 8pm most days so I didn't spend too much time in the space. The space was clean and so adorable. It had everything I needed. It was very easy to check in and out, and the hosts had thought of everything and provided plenty of towels, dishware, and even snacks, coffee, water filter, ice molds with ice already frozen, etc. It made my stay very comfortable and easy. I would highly reccomend this space. There are also LOTS places within a 10-15 min drive to eat and drink, so the location was excellent. The only downsides were the lighting wasn't the brightest at night time. If I was doing work on my computer after sunset, I would turn all the lamps and overhead lights and it still felt dim. I also found that the internet was a little spotty. I had three Zoom calls during my say and the video/audio would lag. On my last night, my intenet cut out for several hours, but it was storming at the time. If internet is a concern, I would reccomend working at one of the breweries or coffee shops nearby with wifi if you are concerned about a stable connection. It was never a problem for me to find a place with wifi and most places are open until 9 or 10pm.
