Recently renovated, cozy cottage in the heart of Asheville. Centrally located in pedestrian-friendly Five Points; with large screened porch and all-new furnishings. Blocks from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Reed Creek Greenway and historic Montford; short walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. Curbside parking right in front of house. 30-day minimum rental.

Lovely house; incredibly convenient (and friendly) neighborhood with walking trails and multiple groceries in easy walking distance. Wonderful and gracious hosts with rapid responses. Really loved the screened porch in back - we spent a lot of time there.

Perfect size, great appliances, comfy furniture. Parking was as advertised. Host was very helpful. Would love to have been able to stay longer. Enjoyed GSMNP, NC Arboretum, walking around the neighborhood. It was almost idyllic!
