Goldfinch’s Little House is a 1 bedroom apartment with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding area. The apartment is located in Clube Golfemar with its beautifully landscaped gardens, large communal pool with poolside snack bar and popular restaurant (The Lighthouse Bar & Grill).
There are several more restaurants, a café and a minimarket within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. Vale Centeanes beach is a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire and kayak hire. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunchtime snack.
Carvoeiro town centre is just 5 minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. It offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
The apartment itself is on the first floor which is also the top floor. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, bathroom with shower cubicle, double bedroom with sea views and sliding doors onto a terrace, well equipped kitchen and open plan living / dining room also with sea views and sliding doors onto a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances; fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; as well as pots, pans, utensils and crockery etc. There is a table, chairs and sun umbrellas on the terrace as well as a BBQ for alfresco dining. The perfect place to grill and watch the sunset!
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, there is a smart TV which can be used for streaming services such as Netflix and the sofa can also convert into a sofa bed (please note that the sofa bed is suitable for only 1 adult or 2 children). There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room and parking is available on the road just a few steps from the apartment.
A cot and highchair can be provided for children up to 2 years of age.
