Villa in Clube Golfemar, Carvoeiro, Algarve, Portugal

Lovely stay in Carvoeiro in the Clube Golfemar. Apartment was great and exceeded all expectations. Location was brilliant, very close to Vale de Centianes , carvalho (my favourite) and Benegil. Is a 5 min drive into Carvoeiro town, and is close to the Rocha Brava resort. The pool in the lighthouse is great, and better than most I’ve been at. There is a charge for sun loungers of 5 per adult, but that keeps it nice and calm. Food was great there too. The apartment itself is beautiful and homely. Has a great garden and sun roof terrace. The kitchen is nice and big with everything you need. The bedrooms are a good size with air con in all of them. Parking is right beside it, and i’d definitely recommend a car. However, Uber’s are cheap in Portugal, so you could manage without one. Would come back to this apartment without a second’s thought

Cozy but spacious house, second time we come here and had an absolutely lovely stay. The host is extremely attentive and accomodating. The house has a lush garden and the people at the pool area are kind and hospitable as well. Totally recommended and we are hoping/planning to return here

Great home in really lovely location,very well maintained.equipped. Properly set in peaceful area,great local restaurants within walking distance. Pool area very clean,staff very friendly and efficient. Communication from owner excellant and received in very timely manner,can’t think of anything that wasn’t explained. Would definitely recommend

Just returned from our 2nd stay at villa Vista Mar. The villa is very clean/spacious with high class fittings and fixtures throughout. The garden area is extremely pleasant with many various birds visiting the hedgerows . plenty of sunbeds tables and chairs and a welcome sun awning for shade if required. The grounds of Club Golfemar are all highly maintained with a lovely pool area which is spotlessly clean, their is also a bar and restaurant available for lunches or evening meals. Vista Mar is very well located being approx. 5 mins. by car to Carvoeiro town with many bars/restaurants and lovely beach area. Supermarket Intermarche is ideal for all types of products being 4/5 mins drive and their is an Aldi and Apolonia store 2/3 mins further on. Within walking distance of the villa our 3 favourite restaurants are Julios/ Rocha Mar and Farol Jardin all have a varied menu excellent service and reasonable prices. I would fully recommend Vista Mar as an excellent base for all of the Algarve with easy access to the N125 and N22. The owner Michael Saffe is very helpful and any booking details payments etc are all easy to complete. Carol and Mick- Staffordshire.
