The Casa Alessandro apartment, with sea views, is located just 70 meters from the Atlantic Ocean and has free WiFi.
The apartment is lovingly furnished. The living room with dining area, TV, air conditioning and pellet stove is also suitable for a long winter vacation. From the bedroom with double bed and air conditioning you can access another room with a double bed.
Linger with a glass of red wine on one of the roof terraces and enjoy the wonderful sea view.
The beach of Vale de Centeanes is only a 5-10 minute walk away.

The center of Carvoeiro, where there is a beach, numerous restaurants, small stores, banks with ATMs and the post office, can be reached in five minutes by car. A colorful market with typical Portuguese handicrafts invites visitors to stroll around.
There are also equestrian centers, two water parks, a diving school, Zoomarine, golf courses, tennis centers and plenty of water sports facilities in the vicinity of Carvoeiro.
The bathing season lasts almost all year round.
Large shopping centers and supermarkets such as Intermarché, Aldi or Lidl can be reached quickly by car.
Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point for discovering the Algarve. These include coastal walks, fantastic beaches, the Monchique Mountains with their 900 meters of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (travel time approx. 2.5 hours) or an eventful day trip to Seville in Spain (travel time approx. 2 hours).

Logement à l'étage d'une maison particulière dans un lotissement essentiellement peuplé de personnes non portugaises avec vue mer. Appartement fonctionnel et pratique. Les propriétaires que nous avons rencontrés sont très sympathiques.

Die Mietwohnung ist in einem makellosen Zustand und bestens eingerichtet. Sauberkeit und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. mit Frau Müller für die Schlüsselübergabe habe ich selten so einfach und unkompliziert erlebt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut gelegen - wer bereit ist einen Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten in Kauf zu nehmen kann auch bequem nach Carvoeiro laufen und damit auch die breite Auswahl Restaurants bzw. Bars in Anspruch nehmen.

Cette location offre de nombreux avantages: proprete exemplaire, tres bon accueil, vue sur mer, magasin de proximite a deux pas. C est sur, nous ne demandons qu a revenir

não há privacidade pois tem dois quartos para o acesso tem que ser feito pelo outro quarto não tem qualquer cabimento
