About this apartment rental
A lovely, cozy ground-floor apartment located in the well-maintained Clube Golfemar, just a 6-minute drive or a 25-minute walk from the picturesque village of Carvoeiro. It offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and is close to the Vale de Milho golf course. Casa Eline is the perfect base for your vacation in beautiful Carvoeiro, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, golf courses, and supermarkets.
There are several beautiful beaches nearby. In addition to Centeanes Beach, which is a 10-minute walk away, Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, and Albandeira are all within a 5-minute drive.
The coastline is spectacular, offering stunning views and fantastic cliff walks.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. A second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has built-in closets and air conditioning.
The interior also includes:
a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, conventional oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, washing machine, ...
an open-concept living and dining room with a fireplace and a TV with various channels.
The outdoor area consists of a large, partially covered terrace and garden with lounge chairs, a dining area, and a seating area, all with a view of the garden and the sea. There is also a Weber grill, outdoor heating, and umbrellas.
The kitchen opens onto a small courtyard, ideal for drying laundry.
The home is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, double-glazed windows, fiber-optic TV, and internet (Wi-Fi). It is equipped with every comfort to ensure a carefree vacation on-site.
Bed linens, towels, and beach towels are included.
The complex’s swimming pool is managed by the local restaurant; the terms of use and any fees charged are not the responsibility of the owners.
There is ample parking near the property.
We cannot accept reservations from guests attending festivals.
For reservations during the winter season (November through March), electricity usage will be billed separately.
We would also like to inform you that a tourist tax has been introduced in the municipality of Lagoa, effective May 1, 2024.

Perfect location for exploring the beaches, and nearby towns. The property is clean, well stocked. We loved the welcome gifts (champagne and sparkling water). There’s only one issue that needs to be addressed, the circuit breaker keeps tripping when two appliances are used at the same time. But we managed. I would still recommend the place 100%.
