L'Escale, a small vacation home by the sea

I. Layout
1. studio (with integrated kitchen - bar and stools for 4) double bed, bathroom, toilet, separate, cupboard, storage area, small round table for 4);
2. adjoining and communicating multipurpose room: equipped with sleeping (2 - 3 single beds), desk, laundry area with washing machine.
3. terrace for the summer season, with parasol, table and chairs, mobile BBQ.
II. Equipment
The residence, fully equipped for 4 people, includes all the comfort elements and accessories necessary for everyday life:
- cold and hot water;
- heating for the cool season;
- full bedding with sheets, bedspreads/duvets and pillows;
- light chairs and tables, including a round and a rectangular one that can be placed on the terrace or indoors depending on the season and weather;
- full kitchen with combi stove and microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle, usual range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery (depending on stocks);
- television;
- washing machine and drying rack, ironing board and iron;
- various cleaning items and utensils (broom, bucket, mop, vacuum cleaner, etc.)
III. Location
L'Escale is located 700 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Oléron, accessible by car by road, on foot (10 mins) or by bike by a path, on the immediate edge of the Saumonards forest.
Children's playground, city stadium, volleyball, tennis, petanque, in the immediate vicinity.
