Come and stay on the island of Oléron in this house totally renovated in 2025. You will have at your disposal all the equipment necessary for the tranquility of your holidays (dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, senseo, kettle) as well as equipment to enjoy the terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, 2 wooden relaxers, a double hammock, parasol....
This house has a living room/kitchen of 38m2, a bedroom of 10 m2 and a shower room/toilet of 9 m2. In the bedroom are 2 beds of 90 that can be used separately for 2 beds or glued together to make a large double bed.
In the living room a new sofa bed with wooden slats and bultex mattresses offers the possibility of accommodating 2 other people.
the bay window of the living room/kitchen is equipped with blackout curtains.
The 25 m2 wooden terrace not overlooked will allow you to enjoy the evenings,
You can if you wish to enhance your evenings with the possibility of renting wooden games such as Dutch billiards, air hockey, giant mikado, bamboleo, Japanese billiards, quick flip, chip game, mini bowling carrom..

A closed bike room will allow you to put your bikes or belongings .
You have free parking 100m from the entrance and access is with a small portion along the road and then most of it in a pedestrian cul-de-sac. ( see photos ) A trolley is available in the bike room to bring your suitcases and belongings as well as your groceries quietly.
300 m from the house is a restaurant, tobacco press and a mini-market open every day.
1 km from the house is our pets if the youngest (or animal lovers) wish to meet them it will be with pleasure.
the start of the cycle paths is close by and the centrality of Saint Georges d'Oléron allows you to visit the whole island by bike.
You can also spend a day in Rochefort (50 minutes), La Rochelle (1h15minutes) or Royan (1 hour)
The house does not have an internet box.
Smokers are accepted as long as you do not smoke in the house.
the rates are water and electricity included, there is only the tourist tax of 1 euros 65 per adult per night to be added.
