About this house rental
Hello we are happy to give life to our house because we do not live there and it is a pleasure for neighbors to see life in a house in St Pierre. It is a town house with courtyard in front and behind the house, with summer lounge table, parasol and deckchair.
a living room with integrated kitchen, oven, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, table with 6 chairs.
living room with double sofa bed, coffee table and recent television,
house heated in winter with electric convectors.
1 bedroom with a double king size bed or two 90 cm mattresses or joined to make a 180 double bed with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with a standard size double bed and mattress changed in January 2019, wardrobe, a baby cot up to 3 years and a booster to eat, a child's bath, a booster toilet, a high chair and a deckchair.
a separate toilet from the bathroom, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and storage cabinet.
the house is 5 minutes walk from the st pierre oléron market, off season market 3 times a week and in high season every day.
5 mins walk from the center of St Pierre with all its shops. large area 15 minutes walk from the house.
the first beaches of the cotinière, la gautrelle are 15 mins by car or 30 mins by bike.
bike rental 15 minutes from the house.
saint pierre oléron is in the center of the island, where there are lots of cycle paths, the whole island is passable by bike.

Appartement très bien situé pour découvrir l’île d’Oleron, conforme à l’annonce, bonne literie.
Hôte arrangeant, arrivée pratique et possible au milieu de la nuit, a accepté une location de quelques jours en pleine saison .

Petite maison bien tenue, propre, bonne literie, rien ne manque, tout le nécessaire même les petites choses que l'on peut oublier (liquide vaisselle, bombe anti-insectes ,poches poubelles ,huile,sel, poivre, etc....) Rien à redire ... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
