On one level, it has a large terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large very bright living room of 45 m². 3 bedrooms available, including a master bedroom with baby bed .1 bathroom with toilet and 1 separate toilet. Large private driveway for 3 cars. For those looking for tranquility. Cycle paths nearby. Sea at 5 km. I can rent bicycles at preferential rates (2 electric mountain bikes and 2 normal mountain bikes) as well as household linen. Rental only every fortnight in July and August. From July 6th to July 20th. From July 20th to August 3rd. From August 10th to 24th. Rental from Sunday to Sunday unless prior agreement. Please contact me before booking. Superbe maison au centre de Saint Pierre au calme

Très belle maison, aménagée avec goût et bien située à proximité du centre et du marché couvert. Parfait pour une famille de 5 voire 6 personnes. Même si le propriétaire n'était pas présent, nous avons pu communiquer facilement par téléphone et s'est rendu disponible et à notre écoute. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour sur l'île !

La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien située dans St Pierre. Bon accueil par l'agence et propriétaire attentif au confort des locataires.
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.
