Located in a quiet East Van neighborhood, this cozy retreat offers easy access to Queen Elizabeth Park, Main Street cafes, Downtown Vancouver, and YVR Airport. Perfect for families, friends, or business travelers, the home features comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and convenient parking for a relaxing stay.

Access to the unit requires going up 5 steps to reach the private entrance.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable King bed with fresh linens, soft pillows, and storage space for your belongings—perfect for a restful sleep.
Bedroom 2: Includes a cozy Double bed with fresh linens, ideal for couples or additional guests.
Bedroom 3 features a Twin bed by default. The bed frame includes a pull-out extension, and an additional twin mattress is added when needed, allowing the setup to be expanded and combined upon request into a King-size configuration for extra sleeping space.
Note: Twin mattress can be requested.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, cookware, utensils, and dining essentials—perfect for preparing meals during your stay.
Dining Area:

Account Verification
Guests must complete ID verification through the booking platform prior to check-in, as required by the platform’s policies.
Check-In & Check-Out
Please follow the stated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested 1–2 days in advance and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking
Park only in the designated areas listed in the check-in instructions.
Shoes Indoors (Carpeted Areas)
To help protect and maintain the cleanliness of our carpeted areas, shoes and slippers are not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask that you remove them upon entry.
Toilet Use
Flush only human waste and toilet paper. All other items must be disposed of in the bins provided to prevent plumbing issues.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Changes must be reported in advance. Extra guests are charged $50 per person per night.
No unauthorized Parties or Events
Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Illegal Activities
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Security & Safety Devices
Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or other safety systems is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or immediate termination of your stay.
Lost Keys / Lockout
Lost keys or guest lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee.
Recycling & Garbage
Please follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines due to improper sorting will be charged to the guest (up to $300). Excessive garbage may result in additional disposal fees of up to $300.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property and near entrances or windows. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and similar devices. A $1,000 fine applies for violations.
Cancellation Policy
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
