About this house rental
Tina and Thunder welcome you to a clean suite at Vancouver, This ground-floor (not basement) guest suite accommodates up to 6 adults with complete privacy:
- Guests have exclusive access to the entire first floor, no others share this floor, hosts live upstair and have separate entrance
- Sleeps 2 guests in bedroom1 with a queen bed.
- Sleeps 2 guests in bedroom2 with a king bed, or 2x twin beds.
- Additional 2 guests on the double sofa bed in the living room.
- Short distance to major destinations: Downtown 6 km, Metrotown 6 km, YVR Airport 13 km.
- 150 m to the bus stop: Bus 019 to Stanley Park / Downtown / Metrotown, and Bus 025 to UBC / Brentwood.
- 1.2 km walking distance to Nanaimo SkyTrain Station (via Gladstone Secondary School).
- Famous Foods is 350 m away; T&T or 88 Supermarket are 750 m away.
- One portable fan provided. Two portable AC units for the living room and kitchen available upon request.
- Washer and dryer are free to use with detergent between 10am to 10pm only..
- If don't need bedroom2 and bathroom2, will refund 30% clean-fee.
- Checkin between 6PM to 11PM, checkout before 12PM.
Guest access:
- You will have private, separate entry from rear of the building towards East.
- Free street parking Or Free on-site parking in front of the building.
- Self check-in with smart lock code.
- Backyard can be used only by guests most of the time
- Free airport pick-up/drop-off may be available for long term guests, please ask in advance.
Additional House rules:
- No parties or events.
- No pets permitted.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property.
- Registered guests only. Only the guests listed in the booking may stay overnight. No unregistered visitors are allowed after 10:00 PM.
- Strictly no illegal activities, including drug use, excessive intoxication, prostitution, violence, or any behavior that disturbs the peace.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Noise complaints will be taken seriously.
- - Our 2018 building features radiant floor heating and offers better sound insulation than most wood-frame detached homes. However, some normal household noises, such as plumbing sounds, may occasionally be audible.
