This was a roomy apartment with very basic furniture and appliance, equipment etc.It was in a safe but uninteresting area with good access to public transportation.

The property was very clean overall, though the property is showing its age and a lack of upkeep particularly in the kitchen and main bathroom. It is one unit in a multi unit building and privacy is a little bit of an issue such as a door in the downstairs bedroom that connects directly to the adjoining apartment and taped shut with packing tap and a sign that says "do not open". There were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies and no coffee maker.The location worked well for us just minutes from the train station and downtown and easy to get to. The owner replied propmptly to inquiries.
