Experience the perfect blend of modern luxury and classic charm in our newly renovated 3 bedroom private (not a shared space) garden suite, located in the heart of Vancouver's delightful Cedar Cottage neighborhood. Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street, our spacious suite offers a serene retreat from the bustling city, while still being conveniently located near transit and parks. Featuring real hardwood floors and a built-in fireplace, our 900 sq. ft. suite boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with a double bed, plenty of storage, and high-quality linens. The living space is equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa, which doubles as a pull-out bed for two, and a dining table that seats four. You'll also find a 55-inch flat screen TV, Apple TV, and high-speed WiFi to keep you entertained and connected during your stay. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine for your convenience. We also provide kitchen staples, spices, and all the utensils you'll need. The full bathroom features a shower and is stocked with plenty of fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Guests will have private access to the entire lower level of our character home. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and welcoming experience, so if there is anything you need that isn't listed here, just ask!

Excellent location and beautiful property! Clean and trendy decor, fully equipped. Travelling with three teens, this space was perfect for us. Comfortable private bedrooms with a relaxing common space in the living room to relax. I wish we had stayed longer!

Very cute and clean property in a quaint neighborhood. Was the perfect spot for an overnight stay in Vancouver after our Alaska cruise. The only bathroom is quite small though.

Nice 3 bedroom unit, a little warm inside, air conditioning would have been an asset. A few cob webs, place could use a good clean around the TV and by the fridge. Property manager was very good to deal with.
