About this space
It's a whole house rental for your vacation home (2 floors). 4 bedrooms. It's a convenient, quiet, and safe neighborhood.
3 mins walk to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and so on.
Home to downtown Vancouver: +/- 25 mins.
Home to airport: +/- 25 mins.
Enough space for everyone: 2,100 sq. ft.

- all kitchen necessities, washer, dryer
- Digital lock (don't need to worry about keys)
The space
One camera was installed outside of the front door and one at the back door to ensure security. We can see who comes into our house.
Nice backyard for a picnic. Two large living rooms, very comfortable. Our home is bright, with lots of sunshine. Flowers in the garden. Quiet.
3 mins walk to bus (#41, #43, #20).
Guest access
You can access the entire house and street. Please park in front of our house. It is free parking and no permit is required.
Other things to note
We hire a professional cleaner to clean our house. We’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
- No shoes in the house, please. We have indoor slippers or bring your slipper. Otherwise, there will be a carpet cleaning fee of up to CAD 500.
-NO smoking and/or marijuana in our house. City of Vancouver bylaws: SMOKING IS PROHIBITED WITHIN SIX METRES OF OPENINGS INTO THIS BUILDING INCLUDING DOORS AND WINDOWS THAT OPEN AND ANY AIR INTAKE. Please don't leave any garbage and cigarette butts on the sidewalk and outside the house. Kindly put out the cigarette butts in the trash. Thank you for keeping our neighborhood clean.
- Please note that drugs and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our house.
-No pet in our house. Otherwise, there will be an extra cleaning fee of up to CAD 500.
We want to make sure our place is clean during your stay. Any necessity that is missing please let us know. Thank you
- Be respectful of the noise level past 11 pm.

Communication with the hosts was very prompt. The house is well supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked for a large group of people. The location is awesome with restaurants just a short walk away. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Property as advertised. Great communication with owner. She left great information about recycling and the area where we were located. We didn't spend a lot of time here but I'd definitely stay again if I were in Vancouver.
