The farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with five bedrooms featuring one king bed, two queen beds, and two full beds. Guests love the bright, airy feel of the home, spacious kitchen, cozy gathering areas, and thoughtful touches throughout.
Outside, enjoy the large screened back porch complete with a TV and grill — perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. Families especially love the fun outdoor amenities, including the air-conditioned tree fort and slide and swings for kids to enjoy.
The home also features two full bathrooms, plus a spa-like master bedroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing.
Centrally located, the farmhouse is just 20 minutes from the nearest beach, 13 minutes from the St. Johns River boat ramp, and a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The bike trail is also located directly across the street for guests who enjoy walking, running, or biking.
