• We allow up to 3 dogs.
• Pet fees apply: $150/pet/stay.
• Please review our full pet policy in the House Rules section to ensure a paw-sitive experience for everyone.
Kindly Note!
• For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front, sides, and overlooking the pool equipment). No inside cameras.
• Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
• We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars).
• BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.
• The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). Please let us know at least a week before check-in if you would like to purchase the pool heating feature. Note: Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially if the weather drops below 60 degrees.
• For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. However, due to our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to minimize this.
• For the security of our guests, every guest MUST be included in the reservation. Undisclosed guests can put your stay at risk and will incur additional charges.
• Liability/Risk: Hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on or off the premises. By booking, you agree to assume the risk associated with using the property and its amenities.

The house was beautiful and accurately described. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all questions. We enjoyed the pool, hanging out as a family, and playing games. My adult children loved the foosball table . We also loved that we were able to bring our fur babies. Thank you!

We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed our time at the house. Our three Granddaughters spent a lot of time in the pool, and the whole family also enjoyed the pickle ball court. We saw a few deer and even a bunny in the back yard. The house had all we needed to have a great visit. Our Host Jenny was very attentive to our needs.

House was as presented with a lovely pool. Close to town but on a quiet cul-de-sac. Saw deer in the back yard every day. Very clean and well supplied.

Beautiful home in a really nice and quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead end street. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Fairly comfortable beds, couch and outdoor furniture. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the pool as the heater was not working properly the week we stayed. The pickleball court is nice but not as level as it seems in the picture. It slopes towards the back of the property pretty good as in the back person has to swing harder than the person in the front. Overall great house, great hosts and really great neighborhood.
