The property is nestled quietly on 2.8 Acres with 780 feet of St Johns River frontage. The home is fully furnished with 6 bedrooms & 2 full baths, a large majority of interior has been upgraded. New Pool in 2021 w/Deck & Fencing. A generous outdoor area for games, fishing, boating, and enjoying Mother Nature. We have 2 docks (1 w/electric), a PRIVATE boat ramp, fish cleaning sink, swings, RV hook-up, hammocks, basketball court, 3 Commercial Crab traps,1 BBQ grill, dance patio, and 5 paddle boats. This home can sleep up to 16 guests. Each bedroom has a new SMART TV; DVD Players in 2 bedrooms, and Alarm clocks. (4) Queen Beds, (1) set of twin bunk beds, (1) set bunk beds with Full & Twin. Extra-large family room (sits up to 14). French doors lead to the recently screened porch. A group of 14 friends and family stayed at this wonderful home near the end of June 2025 for three nights. It was one of the most memorable vacations any of us have ever had. The view of the river is incredible, the pool is well kept and refreshing; the house is spacious and homey. We had so much fun swimming in the pool, fishing and using the canoes on the river, and exploring the greater Ocala area nearby. We are definitely going to return and possibly make this an annual trip as long as the house is available. 5 stars all the way, the host was extremely kind and accommodating. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area for any type of vacation. Thank you!!

What a beautiful property! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us. Everything we needed was there and it was big space. My uncle brought his 46 foot RV and was able to park on property with electric which was so nice we could have the whole family in one location.

When we arrived the pool was green. We contacted the manager on Sunday morning and she said someone would be out to service the pool Monday morning. I said that the time frame is unacceptable. Was told the first available time for a pool person is Monday morning. Didn't show up on Monday morning, the manager then said 2:00 Monday afternoon; didn't show up. The manager then said Tuesday. The outdoor sitting area is filthy and I mean filthy. I wouldn't think of sitting on it. The pictures online of the pool and sitting area are not even close to reality. Throughout our stay we had very poor communication with the manager, she would not respond sometimes for days. This is unfortunate because, for the most part, this is a beautiful property. We ask the furniture outside be cleaned. The manager would not respond. It doesn't matter how beautiful most of this property is to have to deal with the parts that are not. This property is poorly managed to say the least. This is bait and switch for sure. They show one way online and it is not close to the real looks when you arrive.
