The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television.
The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), utensils and crockery.
The property comprises 2 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure comfort and tranquillity.
The master bedroom (queen-size bed: 160 x 200 cm) has an en-suite bathroom with a bath.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a desk. An en-suite bathroom with a shower is attached. The toilet is separate.
You will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
The outdoor area offers a pleasant, green space to relax: a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a quiet moment.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
