The apartment spans approximately 49 m² (530 sq ft) and is ideally suited for up to 4 guests, with the capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two additional guests, a dining area with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC. The sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment is accessible by elevator; however, please note that 8 steps must be climbed before reaching the elevator. Guests will enjoy a full range of amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washer-dryer, hair dryer, premium bedding, bath and bed linens, toiletries, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooktop, combined microwave oven, cookware, a safe, and baby equipment upon request, including a crib and high chair.
