Below Alt Karin, on the outskirts, 200 m from the centre of Alt Karin, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 12 km from the sea, 1 km from the lake, 12 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2 with lawn and plants, beautiful garden to relax. Fireplace (sandbox). In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 10 km, grocery 50 m, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Neubukow Bahnhof" 8.3 km, sandy beach 14 km. Children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Fledermauskeller Alt Karin 300 m, Strände Kühlungsborn/Rerik 14 km, Bad Doberaner Münster 16 km, Freizeitbad Wonnemar 30 km, Rostock und Wismar 30 km.
