Breege, seaside resort, exclusive location, two stories, central location, approx. 1.8 km from the Baltic Sea beach, approx. 250 m from the Breege harbor
First floor: Spacious and light-filled living and dining area with a fireplace and a cozy sofa arrangement with an armchair, satellite TV (flat screen) and radio/CD player; board games and books are available for cozy evenings; open, fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner induction stove and dining table, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, and various appliances (microwave, etc.), guest restroom
Upper floor: 1st bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses, each 90×200) and a wardrobe, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90×200), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen satellite TV, large bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer, and cosmetic mirror
Outdoor area: Large terrace for barbecuing and relaxing with comfortable patio furniture for 4 people and a large umbrella (barbecue provided); a beach chair invites you to relax; 3 bicycles for adults are available (use not guaranteed), a play ball, a small climbing frame, and a badminton set round out the recreational activities at the vacation home
The large property, approximately 500 m², consisting of a terrace and lawn, offers plenty of space for play, fun, or family barbecues for the whole family. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in the house and can be used free of charge. For your little ones, there is a high chair and a travel crib. The vacation home is a smoke-free property, and all rooms are equipped with heated floors. The washing machine is available for use at no charge. An ironing board, iron, and a portable clothes rack are provided. There is also a lockable bike storage area on the property for any bicycles you bring with you. If you’re arriving by car, a private parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the property. Numerous biking and hiking trails offer nature lovers plenty of opportunities to explore the Schaabe, the Wittow Peninsula, Cape Arkona, and the fishing village of Vitt. There’s also a bike rental shop just 500 meters away. About 2 km away in Altenkirchen, you’ll find a Netto, the “Stolz” department store, an Edeka, and a beverage store. Restaurants and bike rentals are nearby. The Breeger Harbor, about 400 meters away, offers boat excursions to Hiddensee Island, Bodden cruises, crane-watching tours, and trips to the Störtebeker Festival.
