Welcome to the Breege Harbor Houses! This small apartment complex, consisting of two buildings, was built in 2002 and is located just about 80 meters from the idyllic Breeger marina. Each apartment has its own parking space in the building’s underground garage. Guests also have access to a lockable bicycle storage room and a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The “Boddenpfoten” apartment is located on the first floor of the front building of the complex. This cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment, with 65 square meters of living space, accommodates
4 people—and your pets are also very welcome. It features a partially covered south-facing terrace with a glass windbreak, offering a magnificent view of the harbor and the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. The glass paneling on the terrace is 180 cm high, and there is a side awning separating it from the neighboring terrace to completely enclose the area.
In addition to the living room, which features a large 70" TV, a cozy seating area, and a reclining TV chair, there are two separate bedrooms (Bedroom 1: double bed; Bedroom 2: single beds), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop (induction stove), an oven with a built-in microwave, a steam cooker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pad machine, a toaster, a kettle, an air fryer, and an electric grill (Optigrill).
The modern bathroom features a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror with 2x magnification. The shower is nearly level with the floor, with a rim only about 2 cm high, and features a grab bar and a seat.
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
There is also a cabinet full of board games for all ages, as well as several shelves with books of various genres.
The free parking space in the underground garage assigned to the apartment is marked with the number 10.
For the short ride to the 10-kilometer-long natural beach in Juliusruh, guests have access to two bicycles, which are clearly marked in the bike storage room.
For your cats, there is a cozy scratching post in the living room right by the window and another one on the terrace. There is also a litter box and several food bowls.
