The house "Marianne" is the top holiday address on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. It is situated on a waterfront property directly on the shore of the Breeger Bodden. Through the fully glazed gable you have a perfect view of the water and hear the sound
Working with wood and glass is particularly charismatic and inviting. The entire house was made of wood frame construction, inside and outside many wooden elements are visible and give the house the unmistakable individual face. On three sides there are huge floor-to-ceiling window elements that flood the building with sunlight. Particularly fascinating is the full glazing towards the sea, with a large sliding element on the ground floor, which merges inside and outside. The few walls, missing doors and the high white glazed solid wood ceiling create the impression of a large unity of living and dining area.
The house is situated on a waterfront property with several seating areas. Whether you like fishing, bathing, boating, kiting, surfing or just enjoying your coffee on the water is up to you. The property is shared by all guests.
In the summer the feasting takes place on the large bamboo terrace which surrounds the house. Reed and beach sand as planting elements provide a holiday feeling.
When you enter the house, you are greeted in the hallway by an illuminated world of shells set into the ground under glass. There is also a small guest room with a maritime bathroom on the ground floor. Via the generous platform staircase, one gets to the upper floor, where one enjoys a great sea view from the sleeping studio and also likes to nod off at the sound of the waves. A small balcony on the water side invites you for coffee. Opposite is the wellness area with floor to ceiling shower, bubbling whirlpool and a lavishly designed washing zone. Due to the many roof windows, artificial light is hardly necessary even on the upper floor.
Breege is an old fishing village with a small harbour in the centre. From here the steamer goes to Hiddensee or to the Pirates in Ralswiek. The village lies directly on the longest sandy beach of Rügen, the Schaabe. In this respect it is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

Wir waren bei schönem Herbstwetter auf Rügen.
Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Der Parkplatz vor der Tür und weitere Parkplätze 20m von Haus entfernt sind super.
Das Haus hat einen schönen großen Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser.
Sehr schön ruhig gelegen.
Der Kontakt vor Ort zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich.
Wer sich richtig erholen will, ist in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben
