Cozy 1-bedroom farm guesthouse in beautiful Corvallis with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Dream Seed Farm guesthouse in Corvallis! Visitors will find a peaceful retreat featuring a cozy single wide manufactured home with a king bed and a comfortable living room. Guests can now enjoy full access to a hot tub behind the guesthouse! The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and light breakfast is offered. There is an office desk and wifi for writing or working (no TV currently set up).

Whether you’re relaxing in the hot tub or strolling through the back fields, this farmhouse offers comfort and charm with a rural feeling in an urban setting with easy access to groceries and OSU campus. Playhouse and covered sandbox available for little guests!

This is an active farm and we're happy to offer you with fresh produce when in season. You may see us working out in the yard: we live full time in the main house at the front of the property. Your full privacy of the hot tub area will be respected after dark. The guesthouse is towards the back of the 1.5 acre property, where guests will enjoy plenty of privacy and distance from the road.

We are pet friendly! We appreciate you being mindful of muddy paws inside. The front porch can be gated by request and we can provide access to a crate if needed. Please note: the front yard is not fully fenced so we appreciate you keeping your pet on a leash while in the yard. We also have a small poodle mix, Rudy (pictured), who may want to say hello to you at some point during your stay.

Breakfast options offered at your convenience: organic coffee, tea, cream/sugar, soymilk, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, farm fresh eggs (when available), pastry bars, bread and butter.
