Spend your days exploring the sugar-white sands of Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach, all just a short drive away, to enjoy easy access to boutique shopping, local dining, and the natural beauty that makes 30A so special.



Just steps from the community pool, dock, Lake Powell, and the scenic trails of Camp Helen State Park, Beauty and The Beach invites you to slow down, unwind, and experience the best of the Emerald Coast.



Designed with families and groups in mind, the first floor features an open-concept layout that makes gathering together effortless. The spacious living room offers a plush oversized sectional and a 70" Smart TV perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. The living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything needed to prepare your favorite meals, along with a dining table that seats six and an oversized island with seating for three.



Upstairs, you'll find three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Start your morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with your favorite drink while enjoying the peaceful outdoor seating.



The second guest bedroom offers a cozy king bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom is the perfect space for kids or additional guests, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds plus a pull-out twin sleeper chair. A full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a convenient laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board complete the second floor.

BEACH ACCESS

Three access points we recommend close to the home:



1. Phillips Inlet Access is a simple beach access about 200 yards south of US 98 in Inlet Beach at the end of South Walton Lakeshore Drive. No parking, permitted vehicles are allowed but there is little room (66 feet) so it is primarily used only for launching boats and drop off. It's about a 1/4 mile walk to the east to reach Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. No stairs, walk straight onto beach.



2. Lupine Access is in Inlet Beach at the end of South Walton Lakeshore Drive. This access is directly across Rt. 98 from our development. This is approx. a .5 miles from the home. There is no parking and it is a long up and down walkover to the beach on the western edge of Camp Helen State Park.



3. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about two minute walk from the home. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces.

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back patio/balcony.

*No parties or events.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*The home must remain pet free to the rules.

*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
