About this house rental
Mai Tide is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in Grande Pointe, a neighborhood in Inlet Beach. The Grande Pointe community pool is about a block away, and a 6-seat golf cart and 2 bikes are included for getting to the Phillips Inlet beach access, about 0.7 miles from the home.
Inside, shiplap walls and navy décor give the home a relaxed nautical feel. The living room has plenty of seating and a fireplace, and a kids' nook sits just off the living area. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar, and it opens to the dining area.
Mai Tide has two Primary Suites. The first-floor Primary Bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the second-floor Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Also upstairs are a third bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.
Outside, the patio has a gas grill, a fire pit and seating, and there's a basketball hoop for some friendly competition. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are provided, and there's plenty of storage for beach gear.

It was a beautiful house and fit our needs well. The kitchen was well stocked and it was clean. The golf cart was great to get to the beach. Note that you do need to cross the highway to get to the beach and while the house is very close to things, they are not close enough to be walkable.

Mai Tide is a great home for a family. The home is big, open, bright and cheery! The family room and kitchen have plenty of space to hang out. There is also great outdoor space and probably the one of the few places in Inlet Beach that has a big outdoor covered area. The primary sweet is very large and bed was super comfy. It was a great bonus to have the golf cart and bikes to tool around on. My favorite thing is the location. Although not right on the beach, it is tucked into a lovely neighborhood with a great pool and away from the hustle of Rosemary but close enough to be there in just a few minutes. Will definitely return!!

We loved staying at the Mai Tide house. The house was beautiful, clean, and stocked with all the needed essentials for a weekend trip. We loved having the golf cart for short rides to the beach that was directly across the street. Thank you so much for hosting us. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!! Additionally, customer service is amazing!! I love how quick they were to respond to my one questions.
