ABOUT THE HOME: Beauty and the Beach is located in the lovely Grande Pointe community within Inlet Beach. This four-level home has everything you could hope for in a vacation home by the sea, with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half baths. The third floor features a game room with a pool table, fridge and wet bar but don't stop there, head on up to the fourth floor to relax on the amazing deck and enjoy the incredible gulf views. This home is a stunner and one you will want to visit year after year!
ABOUT THE AREA: Grande Pointe community is located in Inlet Beach and offers the tranquility you need to rejuvenate from your busy life yet experience as many activities as you desire along our stunning Emerald Coast. This coastal community has a saltwater pool and a dock right on Lake Powell where you can launch your paddle board, kayak, canoe, jet skis or fishing poles. There are many options for food and shopping at 30Avenue shop, which are just around the corner.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Parking Details:
- This home includes 2 parking spaces and a garage.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Great and amazing house! Beautiful view! House was clean and well maintained. Hollie, Jada and Daisy was very responsive when we had questions. We were in need of sheets after my daughter had an accident and they got them to us ASAP in the middle of the night. Great place to stay and beach was beautiful! We will return.

Great place, stunning. If you have a picky group this home is the perfect place to stay. It was 8 of us from little kids to adults and we all had a great time. The kids loved the community pool and being a short walk to the beach and the adults loved played pool every night and the all enjoyed the beautiful view this home has to offer. You won't want to miss it each evening. Perfect ending to each day. Everyone at 30a beach girls is very nice and was very communicative if we couldn't figure something out. Worth a stay if you are looking for views and an over all good location close to shopping and dining. You can ride the cart and bikes everywhere you want to go.

The home was lovely! Very beautiful furnishings and comfortable!
Great for a large family.
The place was 4 stories with the entertainment at the top (pool table etc) LOTS of stairs!
The app it misleading and stated that bikes and golf cart! When signing waivers I asked for waiver for golf cart and was told that the owner removed it and I could rent one. Not a option!
I begged for them to return the cart and was told I could rent one or cancel the reservation! Was told I would have have extra bikes and I requested child seats and was told they could do that and it never happened!
This House is beautiful but would not recommend it if you have any disability! We saw a lot of golf carts in the neighborhood with no issues. And a cart would have made the home more enjoyable for a disabled person!
