The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Saint-Lyphard for rent. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with two single beds (80x190) pushed together and a TV
- Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 10 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A second 25 m² north-facing terrace
