Soundproofed villa with independent studio (for the owner) in large detached house for 8 people in La Baule, in the middle of a plot of 1300 m2, out of sight of the neighborhood, orientation: east, south, west, north, 6 rooms, 4 bedrooms, large living room with American kitchen, all comfort. The studio is soundproofed and has an independent entrance

Separate bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and wc
Upstairs:
-4 bedrooms: each with large closet, 1 double bed. 1 office in 2 of them.
In one of the bedrooms, the bed for 2 can be separated.
