Welcome to our house, a former workshop converted into a holiday home, ideal for the whole family or friends – 8 people.
Located 750 meters from the beach of Bonne-Source and 500 meters from the shops (supermarket, bakery), our house offers a peaceful setting with garden, terrace and private parking.
Inside you will find:
Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed, with water point (sink + toilet)
Bedroom 2 and 3: through bedrooms, perfect for a couple with 2 children (1 double bed + 2 single beds)
A bathroom upstairs (bath and shower) and a shower room on the first floor
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
A TV lounge with 2 sofas and a scullery
Outside:
Enjoy the garden and terrace for a barbecue or a moment of relaxation in the sun.
Facilities:
The house offers all the amenities you need for a good stay: fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), garden furniture, large parasol, barbecue, and also, hairdryer, television, fiber wifi connection, board games...
The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and will be paid before your stay (0.88€ / night / adult).
