The villa is made up of: - a characterful living room (a wall of which has retained the original stone) with a living room with sofa, seats, a flat screen sony TV, a Bose audio system for TV and music; a coffee corner with Nespresso machine, a glass roof that separates the kitchen corner (fully equipped: dishwasher, 4-ring gas hob, Bosch oven, Bosch microwave, Bosch fridge, lots of cupboards and storage drawers), a courtyard synthetic lawn, a metal staircase that goes up to the floors.
On the 1st floor: - 1 double bedroom (160 bed) with sea view balcony, private bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin) and office area (wifi socket)
