A warm family gathering between the sea and the marshlands

In the heart of the village of Pont d'Armes and the magnificent natural and preserved area of the Bassin du Mes, spacious single-storey accommodation, ideal for exploring the salt marshes with family or friends on foot or by bike, and choosing the beach of the day for swimming, a few kilometres away.
Many choices of walks and visits between Vilaine, Pointe du Croisic, Marais de Brière, and Baie de La Baule.
The accommodation
On the first floor of a 19th century stone building on the edge of the D33 (unoccupied floor), spacious and fully refreshed accommodation, consisting of a living room / office space, a large kitchen-dining room, shower room, three bedrooms and an alcove.
On request in high season: possibility of providing a small caravan for 2 people, for a financial contribution of €200 / week.
Travellers' access
Totally private accommodation, with an outdoor area on the kitchen side to the south and fenced on the road side, and an independent relaxation and dining area set back from the road and nestled out of sight behind the garage (see map).
Other remarks
Traffic on the D33 is mainly active in the early morning and late afternoon, but becomes almost non-existent from 7:00 p.m.
The two rooms on the street are equipped with reinforced sound insulation glazing.
Living room and bedroom 4 are facing the courtyard on the opposite side.
Only one parking space on site, additional vehicles can park in the public parking lot 50 m away, next to the bar Le Bretagne.

- bedroom 1 on the street, bedding 140,
- bedroom 2 on the street, 2 single beds 90 that can form a double bed of 180 + 2 bunk beds,
- bedroom 3 (alcove living room on the courtyard), sofa bed 140, or two mattresses on the floor of 70 x 190,
- bedroom 4 on the courtyard, bedding 160, (and possibly mattress on the floor 130 x 190),
- living room sofa bed 130.
