With capacity for three guests, the property features an intelligent two-level layout that maximizes privacy and space. The ground floor stands out for its brightness and open-concept design, harmoniously integrating a cozy living room, dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. On this same level, you will find the secondary bedroom with a single bed and desk, as well as a full bathroom. Going up the stairs, the upper floor becomes a private retreat housing the master bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a second full bathroom, ensuring total independence on both levels.
Designed for an immediate and worry-free stay, the loft is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities for daily life. It features air conditioning, a comfortable radiator heating system for the winter months, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for professionals or digital nomads. Additionally, it includes a washer-dryer, a kitchen fully stocked with appliances and complete kitchenware, as well as premium bed linens and towels ready for your arrival.
For your total peace of mind, we offer an additional facility management service upon request during your stay to quickly resolve any technical issues, as well as an optional professional cleaning and linen change service (bed sheets and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort tailored to your needs.
For temporary stays, regulations require signing a seasonal lease agreement. The accommodation price does not include the security deposit, which is paid independently prior to check-in. The booking fee and utility costs may or may not be included depending on the booking platform. Do not hesitate to confirm the full breakdown with our team.

Esta fianza será devuelta tras el check-out, previa inspección exhaustiva de la propiedad para asegurar que se devuelve en su estado original.
*** Estancia mínima y requisitos: Este apartamento es exclusivamente para estancias de 30 noches o más. Según la normativa local, los huéspedes deben aportar documentación que acredite el carácter temporal de su estancia (por ejemplo, contrato de trabajo, prácticas, estudios o reformas en el hogar).
Propiedad para no fumadores: Está estrictamente prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento.
No se permiten fiestas ni eventos: Este es un edificio residencial; no se permiten fiestas.
Horario de silencio: Para respetar a nuestros vecinos, por favor mantenga el ruido al mínimo de 22:00 a 8:00 horas.
Mascotas: ¡Admitimos mascotas! Sin embargo, debe informarnos con antelación. Tenga en cuenta que se aplicará una tasa adicional por mascota.

1. Access to the Property (Main Gate)
The day before your arrival, you will receive a link or QR code in your email to open the main gate.
Requirement: It is essential that your phone has an internet connection.
Procedure: Activate the code only when you are in front of the gate. Upon doing so, the gate will unlock and you must push it immediately.
Important: The code has a limit of 2 uses and a time validity. Do not perform tests before your arrival.
2. Access to the Apartment (Lockbox)
In the same email where you received the link or QR code to open the main gate, you will have the code you must use to open the Lockbox located on the apartment door.
Go to the door of your unit.
Key box: Enter the provided code into the lockbox located on the door.
Keys: Remove the first set of keys to enter.
Second set: You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment.
