Maximum occupancy: 16 guests. All guests must be registered and are required to follow the house rules.
Please book for the correct number of guests so we can properly prepare the appropriate bedding and accommodations.
No parties, events, or large gatherings. Immediate eviction may result from violations, with no refund.
No amplified music outdoors.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in an ashtray. A $500 cleaning fee applies for smoking inside.
No pets allowed. A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations. This is a hyper-allergenic home.
No glass in the backyard. A $1,000 fee applies for violations.
No diving or running around the pool. Please observe all pool safety guidelines.
Do not tamper with pool equipment.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors. They are essential for guest safety and property liability.
