Welcome! we are proud to offer this beautiful Home, this is a Legal Registered STVR so no worries of your reservation being cancled for that reason. This Home is 3100 sf in a great location and safe neighborhood, lots of upgrades very clean, very functional, I'm sure you will feel right at home. Here are some highlights.

*15 minutes to the Las Vegas Convention CTR
No parties or events may be held at this home no additional people are allowed on property other than those listed on the reservation! We understand Las Vegas is known as Sin City and the party capital of the US. We ask that you don’t mistreat the space so that others may enjoy it in the future as well.
- We ask that you keep it respectful to our friendly neighbors and keep the noise down after 9 PM in public area's under 60 Db (driveway/pool area)
- Smoking.... Smoking and Vaping is permitted outside ONLY!. Please take care of your own dishes. clean them, put them back If you choose not too that is fine however an extra charge of $50 for additional housekeeping services will apply.*-Adding People, Adding additional people after you have an Accepted booking is $50 per person .unless you notify us the same day you booked holidays & special events may be more . Honesty is the Best policy!! If you are seen "sneaking people in" You will be charged $75 per person for every night on your reservation regardless if they stayed one night or ten. Please be honest with me!! late checkout is 40$ per hour, unless communicated to your host previously! we have A tight schedule to keep and prefer rules be followed. If you are staying in the Las Vegas retreat I we limit hot tub use to two hours per day per reservation. heating of the pool is additional price and Adjusted temperature will depend on the time of year, pool and hot tub hours of use are between 8 AM and 10 pm We have a strict cancellation policy please make sure your dates and group size are accurate in your request/booking once your reservation is confirmed unless you have communicated a potential cancellation request that's already been approved by us. We reserve the right to decline Alterations. We enforce our strict policies and will likely decline requests to remove dates from your reservation. We assume no responsibility for injuries or thefts on the property. -Booking with Children Under 18- Children are welcome but please control them. Communication is Key! please let me know what time you plan to arrive thank you

Great house with great amenities. It was well kept ans clean. Any questions or needs were promptly addressed by the host.

It is not the original house that I was supposed to have. This kid still had fun with a game system and there was a poker table. They thought was fun. The pool was great. It was too cold. At first I had to keep telling him to turn it up and the hot tub. We had a good time. My daughter thought the house was not very clean, but I was OK with it.

House could be perfect, great location, size and amenities. Carpet needs to be replaced, multiple stains and no wearing shoes upstairs. Refrigerator has built in ice maker and water capabilities however they don’t work. Right side of cooktop has to be lit with lighter. Kitchen faucet is a single lever action and is missing the handle, it works but is difficult to find the hot, when you take it all the way in both directions it’s cold. We made it work but it could have been much better. Host responded quickly but pretty much said he hasn’t had time to repair the faucet due to too many renters. Cool place but we won’t be back.
