This home has a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and many more amenities you and your guests will enjoy during your stay.
It is also equipped with all essential new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave.
All the bathrooms have contemporary rain shower features in the showers and plenty of plush towels.
The laundry room is equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer. Detergent and softener are provided during your stay.

The hot tub does not work neither does the heating element for the pool. We booked this house for the hot tub use and were very disappointed it was not working. No where on the listing is this noted, so be aware if you're planning a relaxing evening in the hot tub its not going to happen. Only other complaint is there was no salt/pepper. There was a coffee maker but no coffee filters. The house was great for the value. More than enough room for us all to spread out. The teens loved the pool table time. The house was close enough to vegas while being out of the craziness. We would stay again if the pool/hot tub situation was remedied.

Very nice house, worked good for 6 of us to have our own rooms and place. Great room is big enough for everyone to watch movies. One note: super sensitive noise sensor in house. When group laughing at a move sets off warnings, we put pillow over to soften echo. Otherwise nice place

The house was very nice and all the rooms were comfortable. Plenty of linens on site. The kitchen lacked enough dishes and cookware for a full house of people. The initial door code given was incorrect but that was quickly corrected.
