About this house rental
Stay in a great location, 10 minutes to the airport or the strip. 5 minutes from Green Valley Ranch Casino! Very large and spacious floor plan. Each bedroom has comfortable mattresses, pillows, flat screen TVs, charging ports and closet storage. Convenient bedroom and bathroom located downstairs. Shared double sink bathroom for two rooms and the master bedroom has a beautiful private bath tub and shower. Large dining table and living room area with fireplace and Pool table area for entertainment. Patio has lounge chairs in the sun and sectional sofas in the shade with a ping pong table on side of the house.
- Pool is not heated
- Guests will not have access to the garage
- Smart TVs are streaming Netflix, Sling TV, Hulu. No basic cable.
* Strict Anti Party/Gathering Policy:
Property is monitored by 24hr outdoor surveillance. Any groups who exceed the amount of people and cars listed on the reservation will be evicted with no refund. Anyone throwing a party or event will be escorted off the property by police.

The property was lovely with everything you could want or need. Nice selection of beds that accommodated us perfectly. One in our group prefers two smaller beds; one to lay out her suitcase. We didn't use the pool, but it was like seeing a sparkling lake just outside the dine in kitchen window. Property is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and airport.
Host Tina is always available to answer questions and checks in to be sure everything is good, but is not intrusive.
We highly recommend this property!

Tina was absolutely amazing. The ONLY reason the property did not get 5 stars overall is there were some electrical issues due to a burst pipe in a bathroom (Prior to our arrival).
To be fair, however, Tina did let us know prior to coming AND did offer a FULL refund even after the deadline. Tina was also very accommodating and responded quickly.
She was in the process of getting the damage fixed so I foresee anyone else having a 5 STAR experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend.
