Set on the second floor with no lift access, the apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements during your stay. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and a second with a walk-in shower, giving guests added comfort and convenience.
The living area is relaxed yet stylish, with comfortable seating, a green feature sofa, natural wood furniture and decorative touches that create a homely atmosphere. A separate dining area provides a lovely space for meals at home, while the kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms have a calm boutique feel, with neutral tones, warm wood finishes and feature panelled headboards, while the bathrooms are practical, contemporary and well presented.

Earl’s Court is a fantastic neighbourhood for guests wanting easy access to some of London’s best-loved attractions while staying in a more residential and characterful part of the city. The area is known for its handsome period streets, independent cafés, relaxed pubs and excellent connections to South Kensington, Chelsea, Kensington High Street and the West End. Nearby, guests can explore the museums of South Kensington, including the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum, enjoy shopping and dining around Kensington High Street, or head towards Chelsea and Fulham for riverside walks, boutiques and restaurants.
The surrounding area also offers plenty of places to eat and drink, from traditional pubs to casual restaurants and cafés. Local favourites include The Blackbird in Earl’s Court, The Pembroke on Old Brompton Road and The Prince of Teck on Earl’s Court Road, while nearby South Kensington, Chelsea and Kensington High Street offer an even wider choice of restaurants, brunch spots, bars and classic London pubs

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
