With Saltash on the River Tamar only 2 miles away and the nearest beaches of Seaton and Tregantle only 13.5 and 14.5 miles away respectively, your family will be spoiled for choice when it comes to retail therapy or days out by the coast. Staying closer to home, the estate itself has a multitude of activities to keep your whole group occupied. Whether you want to rest and refresh in the spa pool, steam room and sauna or do some lengths in one of the three swimming pools, you’ll find water babies are well catered for. Other members of the group can enjoy a long walk with some pitching and putting in between, when you discover the joys of playing on one of two Championship golf courses, one of which is the Nicklaus Signature Course. Once you’ve built up an appetite, try one of the many eateries or bars contained within the resort.

Enter into the cottage and into a light stylish hallway with plenty of natural light. turning left and into a large contemporary and very stylish lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous family space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst cooking up a treat in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This wonderfully stylishly decorated room features some comfy seating and Smart TV so you can kick back after a day in the resort and watch all your favourite programmes whilst looking out through the patio doors and enjoying the surroundings. Back out though the main hallway is a shower room with WC and next door super king bedroom (can be made in to a twin on request) with storage space. Moving on to the master bedroom boasting a gorgeous super-king-size-zip-and-link bed (can be made up as a twin on request) dressing area, Smart TV and a seating area where you can sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst looking out through some patio door onto the patio. or just have a lazy morning in bed. Off of the master is an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside is a private patio area with garden furniture accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. There is also 450 acres of natural grounds to roam. Guests also have use of the Complementary Health Club. Private off-road parking for two cars.
