There is also a wide array of family-friendly days out within a short drive, such as the National Trust’s Cotehele Mill (3.5 miles), Adrenalin Quarry (12 miles), and Siblyback Lake (15.5 miles).

Enter this cottage into a light and bright hallway and turn left into a contemporary lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst the chef of the family cooks up a treat in the kitchen - it is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Put your feet up and relax on the comfy seating, switch on the Smart TV with Freeview and watch all your favourite programmes. Back out through the main hallway is a shower room with WC, and next to this is a bunk bedroom with storage space. The master bedroom boasts a gorgeous super-king-size zip-and-link bed (can be made up as a twin on request), a dressing area, Smart TV with Freeview and a seating area where you can enjoy a morning cuppa whilst soaking up the views through the patio doors. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside, there is a private patio area with garden furniture, accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. There are also 450 acres of shared natural grounds to roam. Guests have use of the on-site Health Club, and there is private off-road parking for two cars.
