Also ideally situated for the coast, Porthtowan is just a short drive (4 miles) and here you can enjoy the popular Blue Bar or Unicorn and have a refreshing drink whilst watching the sunset or have a day on the beach and hire a surfboard. Stroll the South West Coast Path from here on this rugged North Cornwall coastline, which is ever so popular with walkers. Take a day trip to the cathedral city of Truro (10 miles) or Godrevy with its 3 miles of golden sands, just 11 miles away.
