The Lookout consists of two bedrooms a king-size and a twin serviced by a ground-floor bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and dining seating, and the living/dining room has a TV, dining seating and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a front garden with patio area, fire pit, barbecue, and furniture. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.4, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Soak in countryside views after a day of exploring the coast of Cornwall at The Lookout. Please Note: There is a 250 GBP Good Housekeeping Bond.
