Conveniently located two miles East of Portreath which boasts a pretty sandy beach popular with families and surfers and there are several shops and restaurants to enjoy. The village is accessible by the South West Coastal Path offering breathtaking scenery for both experienced and novice ramblers. Porthtowan is just a short drive and here you can enjoy the popular Blue Bar and a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set. Slightly further afield but still within easy reach, Newquay Sealife Centre, Lands End, The Eden Project, St. Ives, Falmouth and Truro, and numerous National Trust properties.
Enter the property into the kitchen/diner which is fully fitted and just perfect for your holiday home cooking requirements comprising of an electric oven and hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Just off from the kitchen is a utility room with a washer/dryer. From the kitchen/diner a door leads you into the lounge. This light and airy space is a perfect place to relax after a day's adventures, why not take time to enjoy one of your favourite movies on the Smart TV. There is a ground floor WC. From the lounge, stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the bedrooms, one double with distant sea views across the countryside towards Perranporth and another room with a double bed and single bed with views over the rear elevation and gardens.
