The shower was really hot and I found the bed very comfortable.
No one responded when I contacted the owners, I texted, rang and knocked on the door. The instructions were very brief and nothing was mentioned about how to switch the water on. Initially I couldn’t find the switch so attempted to contact the owners. They did not respond. Thankfully I eventually noticed the switch.
Also there is no blind on the window in the door which meant that it was difficult to get the room dark for sleeping.

It is lovely very peaceful perfect for a long weekend
We were there for a week and found it small and no storage space no where to hang wet coats we kept clothes in our car
We did enjoy our selfs and that was the only downside
The only issue was with storage
We got soaking wet in a heavy storm and not even a hook on door to hang our wet coats

The area is tidy, nice and quiet, plenty of wildlife.
The shepherd's hut is nice cosy , there is plenty of room it's just an out and out great stay .

This little cabin was just what we were hoping for for a cheap place to stay for a week in Cornwall. Sure it’s pretty small but you get what you pay for. Bar the size, we had everything we needed. It was new and clean. Lovely scenery, and it was a delight to be greeted by the cows and sheep every morning.
It was cramped but we were expecting this. If you are not used to being in very close proximity to your partner/ friend then it may feel a little claustrophobic. Also not much shower gel or shampoo so bring your own. And only one toilet roll.
