Your Space
Step inside to a bright and welcoming interior featuring coastal-inspired décor, solid surface flooring throughout, and a layout designed for both relaxation and functionality. The living area offers comfortable seating, including a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed for additional sleeping space, while the dining area provides seating for four with an additional chair at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and refrigerator.

For added convenience, the townhome also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh beach towels and clothing throughout your stay. Step outside to the private back patio, furnished with outdoor seating and a private grill, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or unwind after a day at the beach. Two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom upstairs, and a convenient half bathroom downstairs provide plenty of space and comfort for families, couples, or small groups.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
