- Beach Access - Exit the townhouse & turn left onto the sidewalk. The beach access is about a 5-minute walk.
- Parking Spaces - There are two marked spaces located directly in front of the townhouse.
Things to Note/Rules:
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- Home comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Parking passes must be displayed. Overflow parking passes are available at the front office for $10/parking spot.
- Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
- No golf carts, slingshots, RVs, boats, watercrafts, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to park on the property.
*The golf cart, included with the home, is strictly for use inside the Resort.
- Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. Fitness Center (18+) hours are 8am-9pm.

We absolutely loved the location and of the townhouse. All of the included beach accessories as well as the amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable. The gold cart was so nice just wish there was a way to pull the wagon behind it. The only thing I can say negative is that I would appreciate u if the resort enforced no drinking at the pool as there were two men there that were so drunk they couldn't walk not to mention they were still drinking while vomiting over the fence

We absolutely loved the locatio of the townhouse. All of the included beach accessories as well as the amenities. I do wish there were light over the pickleball courts, shuffleboard and mini golf. That prevented us from being able to use them. Beds were extremely comfortable. The gold cart was so nice just wish there was a way to pull the wagon behind it. Wonderful unit, Beautifully decorated and completely remodeled will stay there again if available, you will not be disappointed, the view is perfect, pool is about 40 feet from your patio door and beach is just a 3 min walk, no need for golf cart, just bring a beach cart (we did not and it was not an issue for us) chairs and umbrella if you want to spend time on beach, this has to be the best unit in gulf highlands!
The management company needs to change the batteries in the smoke detectors and the A/C filter was filthy probably had not been changed in well over a year, they may not have known where it was located, top of stairs behind grate not where the actual ac unit equip is located, it's a 12x24x1 filter, always check the ac filter in any rental when you arrive as they are normally neglected is my experience, do not let that stop you from booking this unit! it's wonderful you will love it
